Terms & Conditions

All faulty goods must be returned to Facelift Cleaning Systems by recorded delivery for evaluation, prior to replacement goods being dispatched to the client. Carriage to be paid by client and credit note issued to client if claim validated (proof of carriage cost required i.e. Vat receipted) Facelift cannot accept any liability for any consequential loss incurred by client due to faulty goods supplied. Facelift undertake to replace any faulty goods in the shortest time period possible, or supply equivalent quality goods accordingly.

Facelift cannot accept liability for goods delivered to third party addresses or goods left in unsecured locations. All goods should be signed for accordingly and Facelift will deliver to nominated secure addresses accordingly at client request.

Clients are responsible for checking delivery items for damage or missing items. Subsequent claims cannot be entertained.

A restocking charge of 20% will be applied at Facelift discretion for unwanted goods returned in their original protective packaging and all unwanted goods carriage charges at client expense.

Normal delivery schedule for goods is 7 working days from placement of order, (excluding machines) however Facelift  cannot accept responsibility for late delivery due to courier delay or accept consequential loss liability for any delivery delays.

Wear and tear is not covered under any warranty arrangement supplied by Facelift  and teh assessment of suspected wear and tear damage must be carried out by Facelift at Facelift’s factory premises.

Any modification to equipment supplied by Facelift and not authorised by Facelift, automatically invalidates any warranty supplied by Facelift  to cover goods supplied.

Any goods purchased from Facelift to be used in a DIY project or outside of Facelift specified application, will not be warranted, as Facelift  have no control over their use or application.
All water based systems are vulnerable to frost damage and it is the client's responsibility to ensure that no part of the equipment supplied is left unprotected in freezing conditions. Frost damage is not covered under warranty and suspect frost damaged goods must be returned to Facelift at client expense for evaluation as necessary.

Our warranty conditions are summarised below and have been formulated as the most equitable arrangement possible, in order to maintain our position as the market leader for value and service.

Facelift Pure Water Machines, 12 months Parts and Labour*

Water Fed Poles, 3 months manufacturing defects**

Window Pumps, 3 months***

Hose Trolleys, 2 months manufacturing defects****

TDS Meters/Machine Batteries, 3 months manufacturing defects
All other items supplied, 1 month manufacturing defects

*Van-mounted by Facelift, all repairs carried out at Facelift factory, not infield. Pump warranty 3 months, membrane warranty 3 months.
Please note that the installation of a water softener to feed any reverse osmosis systems may prolong lifespan of membranes.
Facelift recommend that in hard water areas, a local softener supplier is employed to install a static water softener at client premises.

Regular flushing of membranes will increase lifespan of membranes and is recommended at weekly intervals. There is an economic balance decision to be made as to whether a softener is necessary.

Source Water quality is the sole responsibility of the customer, Facelift will not accept liability of damage to equipment including filter membranes from contaminated water supplies.
