Shipping policy

WCW offers free courier delivery on all orders over £55.00 net with a small order postal charge of £3.95 available for small orders. Fluids, oversized and heavy items cannot be sent by Royal Mail. These items are sent by Courier Service and subject to a £5.95 delivery charge (if under £55.00 + VAT total).

Over sized items will be delivered by pallet network. These items will be sent on a 3-5 Working Day service, and will require a signature. If there is nobody available to accept the delivery, the items will be returned to the depot and re-delivered with a £45.00 + VAT cost re-delivery cost.

Please be aware that this offer is available to MAINLAND UK ONLY.

We aim to process and despatch your order the next working day providing your order is placed before 12.00 noon. Once received, the NEXT DAY courier service (2 days for some Scottish Constituencies) assures delivery of your parcel by close of business the following working day. WCW cannot guarantee this service and does not accept responsibility for late delivery due to courier delay. Neither does WCW accept any subsequent loss or liability for delivery delays.

Any orders placed outside of mainland UK will be contacted with a delivery price (dependent on weight, size, etc) before order is dispatched. Orders under 1kg can be sent by Royal Mail, items over 1kg are sent by our courier service with package tracking.

Please specify any delivery requirements or instructions in your customer notes at checkout or with our sales team. Please inform us immediately if your order is delayed for more than 3 days. A delay of over 15 days is considered a lost item. During periods leading up to holidays please add an additional day to all the above estimates.

 

If a delivery is late, you can track your items by downloading the DHL App, or by contacting us via info@windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk. If you have paid for an upgraded delivery service, and that service was late - you may be entitled to a refund of the difference between the upgraded service & the basic service however please be aware that some orders will be limited to a single choice of delivery service (due to the shape, size & weight of the items) and therefore no refund will be offered.

WCW are able to accept international orders in most cases. A delivery charge based on a shipment of 1 box to the requested country will be automatically calculated and added to the order.

Where the shipment exceeds 1 box or is considered oversize, WCW reserve the right to amend the shipping costs. The customer will be contacted and can then proceed with any additional shipping charges or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
